Want to perform at The Hall?
Friends of Historic Memorial Hall presents live performances and community programming in Wilmington, VT. We welcome submissions from artists and groups across the performing arts, including:
- Music (solo, duo, band)
- Dance
- Theater
- Performance-based spoken word, variety, and interdisciplinary work

A quick note about bookings & compensation
These submissions are for Friends-produced shows only (not third-party presenters or rentals).
If you are a third party promoter and would like to discuss partnering with Friends to produce a show, reach out to us at booking@friendsofthehallvt.org and we’ll connect to see if there’s a good fit.
Most bookings are structured as a door split. If your act typically requires a guarantee, you’re still welcome to submit—just include those expectations clearly so we can assess fit.
What we look for
We’re most excited by work that is:
- High-quality and audience-ready
- A good fit for a community-centered venue
- Professional, reliable, and easy to work with
- Thoughtfully promoted (we’ll support marketing, and we love artists who promote too)
Before you submit
A few notes that help set expectations:
If your submission is a fit, we’ll follow up to discuss dates, door split terms, tech needs, and promotion.
Submitting does not guarantee a booking. We review submissions on a rolling basis and reach out when we have a potential fit.
Programming decisions take time. We plan seasonally and may be booking months out.

What to include (so we can say “yes” faster)
All of these form fields are required (except the “Anything else” field to give us a good sense of your show and whether it might be a fit for our programming.
Any additional information you have about your promotional capabilities (mailing list size, social reach, etc) is extremely helpful to include as well.
